Class Description

Little Groove is adding a new singing and songwriting class. This class is designed for children ages 5-8 and focuses on teaching the foundational elements of singing and songwriting in a structured and interactive format. Led by Fran, a Berklee College of Music graduate with professional experience in music education, the class introduces children to concepts like melody, rhythm, lyric writing, and vocal techniques.

The class provides opportunities for children to explore their own creative ideas, develop confidence in their musical abilities, and collaborate with peers. Each session includes guided activities to learn basic songwriting structure, practice singing exercises, and work on creating simple songs.

This small-group class aims to create a balance of education and hands-on practice for children who are interested in music.
